A Power that keeps attaching Sly (bonus effect on next use) to every Skill you play. Sly normally consumes on proc, but with Master Tactician it gets reapplied each time you use the card — so effectively every play comes with a Sly bonus. Paired with cards whose Sly effect is especially strong (Blur, Reflex, etc.) it reaches absurd levels of value. One of the strongest Powers in skill-heavy decks and a top priority pickup there.

• Once set up, every Skill you play is auto-Sly — normal play patterns strengthen the whole deck.
• With Reflex (3 cost, draw 2 plus Sly), post-Master-Tactician every Reflex becomes Sly on top for ongoing advantage.
• Applying Sly to Blur can produce special effects like multi-turn Block retention.
• 2 cost is a bit heavy, but the longer the fight, the higher the payoff. Hits hard on bosses and long hallways.
• Retaining Master Tactician with Well-Laid Plans is rough, but once deployed, the deck upgrades itself automatically.

• Reflex: Skill with Sly. Master Tactician reapplies Sly — strong ongoing synergy. Worth its 3 cost when it comes out Sly'd.
• Blur / Backflip: essential every-turn Skills. Master Tactician re-applies Sly each use, producing continuous value.
• Dexterous Craft: refill-to-6 Skill. Master Tactician grants Sly for even stronger next use.
• Burst: play the next Skill twice. Doubles a Sly-attached Skill's output.
